Scheduled for a November 6 opening, Maison Hudson is the latest offering in New York City’s ever-growing portfolio of long-term residential properties with hotel-like amenities. The property is the newest under the esteemed The Collection umbrella, which owns and manages rental homes across the US and Europe.
Occupying a coveted West Village spot overlooking the water, Maison Hudson is made up of eight individual residences, varying from cozy one-bedroom apartments to a sprawling three-bedroom penthouse covering 2,285 sq ft, with an additional 250-sq-ft roof terrace.
Each residence is designed to act as a home-away-from-home in the city, with a minimum one-month rental period. Interiors are contemporary with New York-based designer Thomas Juul-Hansen adding plenty of modern accents and creative flourishes.
Apartments come fully kitted out with bespoke Italian furniture, custom walk-in wardrobes and fully equipped kitchens, as well as smart home technology, haircare tools, Italian linens and French toiletries.

Resident amenities are plentiful, too. On the culinary front, there is Marius – a Provence-inspired restaurant by esteemed chef Sébastien Sanjou, which sits on the ground floor and is set to blend French recipes with local ingredients. The restaurant has just seven tables, promising an intimate atmosphere.
Residents can also make use of the Intuisse Spa, with facilities including a sauna, steam room, a Jacuzzi, and a range of treatments delivered using Intuisse products. The wellness facility also includes a state-of-the-art gym and fitness classes.
What really sets Maison Hudson aside, however, is the service. Guests will be privy to a round-the-clock concierge team, on hand to arrange reservations at the hottest restaurants, secure tickets to sporting events and concerts, book personal shopping appointments and more. This five-star service also extends to in-room private dining and grocery deliveries.
