Best known for its lavish properties in exotic locations, onefinestay has now branched out into new territory with the launch of new monthly rentals in New York City.
Joining the brand’s extensive portfolio, which spans across the US, Mexico, Europe and Asia, the 16 new New York apartments will uphold the impeccable standards and home-from-home service expected of onefinestay. Each one comes fully furnished, with all utilities – including a dedicated concierge service – included.
Under new local rental laws, short-stay rentals in New York are highly restricted, making demand for 30-day-plus options more in demand than ever. With its selection of hand-picked properties, onefinestay is aiming to offer a stress-free way for visitors to have their own space in the city.

As with all onefinestay properties, each rental in the new New York collection is individually designed, giving clients a wealth of spaces to choose from, whether they want to match their own home’s interior style or branch out.
Ranging from sprawling six-bed properties in the West Village to ultra-modern Soho abodes, the new collection caters for every type of traveler and party size.
“We are immensely proud to be opening the door to a new market segment in New York with our flexible high-end renting,” said Michael Friedman, chief operating officer of Americas, onefinestay. “Taking the hassle out of the leasing process, adding onefinestay’s services and curating a collection of some of the best properties in the city sets us apart.
“If the past couple of years has taught us anything, it’s the importance of remaining flexible and offering our guests the ability to do the same. Our new medium-term rentals feature tailored amenities and flexible dates and terms that we believe will perfectly fill the gap in the luxury rental market in New York.”
