Discover Champagne on this Exclusive Three-night Experience

Guests are whisked away for three nights of wining and dining in Paris and Champagne.

By Irenie Forshaw

If you’re eager to immerse yourself in the storied wine region of Champagne this summer, look no further. Shangri-La Paris, Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa and Maison de Champagne Louis Roederer have joined forces to craft an unforgettable three-night experience.

Running from May through 18 December 2023, the trip kicks off in the capital at Shangri-La Paris. Set along the 16th arrondissement in the heart of the city, the hotel is, quite literally, fit for royalty (Prince Roland Bonaparte lived here with his family in the late 19th century).

Guests will be treated to a night in one of the lavish terrace suites boasting breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower and glittering skyline. Setting the tone for the trip, the evening’s entertainment includes a champagne sabering demonstration by Louis Roederer followed by a gourmet dinner prepared by executive chef Quentin Testart and pastry chef Maxence Barbot.

The next day, you’ll be whisked away to the picture-perfect village of Champillion – the home of Royal Champagne Hotel and Spa. Here, you’ll be treated to a meal at the hotel’s bustling brasserie – Le Bellevue – overlooking the Epernay valley. Naturally, the fizz will be flowing throughout your stay.

After a sumptuous sleep in one of the hotel’s junior suites, you’ll be taken to Louis Roederer for a tour of the Champagne house’s vineyards and cellars. Perhaps the highlight of the trip, however, is the tasting which will take place in the Roederer family’s private mansion. Expect exceptional vintages paired with a selection of moreish amuse-bouches.

The unforgettable Champagne experience concludes with a lavish meal crafted by chef Paolo Boscaro at Royal Champagne’s Michelin-starred eatery – and a final night in the luxurious hotel.
