Dom Pérignon is partnering with chef Masa Takayama, of New York’s three-Michelin-star Masa, to offer guests a totally unique gastronomic experience to enjoy the internationally renowned chef’s creations aboard a yacht for the very first time.
Chef Masa has crafted a unique omakase menu designed to synchronize perfectly with an offering of Dom Pérignon’s recent vintages: Vintage 2012, Rosé 2008 and Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2. The yacht itself is also suitably ultra-luxurious, with guests experiencing the magnificence of the highest echelon of food and wine on an SX88 Sanlorenzo superyacht, from Dom Pérignon’s private cruise fleet.

Available from August 17, 2022, the branded yacht – which will depart from Sag Harbor Marina or Gurney’s Star Island Marina in Montauk – promises to be an unmissable experience of timeless luxury, perfect as the summer season draws to a close.
The package extends beyond just Takayama’s culinary genius. The champagne house is also including dedicated onboard butler service and an onboard DJ who will curate music selections in accordance with guest preferences. Other amenities include door-to-dock chauffeur service within the Hamptons.
Dom Pérignon has also partnered up with concierge service Les Bulles d’Or, industry experts in the service of luxury, in which its dedicated concierge will assist guests in procuring Dom Pérignon champagne.
