One of London’s most exclusive wellness brands, Bodyism, has teamed up with a collection of luxury hotel brands to host three exciting residencies in 2023.
Those that have visited the brand’s flagship members-only gym and cafe in Notting Hill will have an idea of what to expect. Founded back in 2018, the club quickly became a hot spot for celebs; we hear Hugh Grant, Elle Macpherson and Sienna Miller are among the regulars that drop by for a personal training session or green smoothie.
Bodyism also has a second studio at Heckfield place in the Hampshire countryside, as well as a gym in the swanky Holland Park Villas in Kensington.

With the launch of the new wellness pop-ups this summer, Bodyism members and non-members will be given access to bespoke personal training sessions, fitness classes and ‘clean eating’ menus in stunning locations across the globe.
The first residency will run from 27 March through 17 April at Soho Beach House Canouan situated on an idyllic island in the Grenadines. When you’re not swimming with sea turtles in the Tobago Cays or watching the sunset with a cocktail at the bar, it’s well worth stopping by at Boydism’s hotly anticipated retreat.
Over the three-week residency, one of the brand’s most popular trainers, Deanna Brash, will be running a series of one-to-one personal training sessions and small group classes including the much-loved Bodyism Sculpt.
Next, we head to the party island of Ibiza where Bodyism has partnered with OKU to host two trainers for all of June and July, alongside offering its signature shakes and protein-packed dishes.
Finally, for the eighth year in a row, Bodyism will be returning to the D Maris Bay retreat in Turkey’s Datca Peninsula for a five-month residency between May and September. Expect high-intensity sunrise beach workouts, immersive nature experiences and nutritious buffet breakfasts.
