Since it first opened in 1998, the Bellagio Resort & Casino has been an icon of the Las Vegas hotel scene, embodying the lavish glamour for which the city is so famous. This year, the Bellagio celebrates its 25th anniversary and is hosting an exuberant culinary experience to mark the occasion.
Taking place on October 13-15, 2023, the celebratory weekend will see some of the biggest names in Bellagio’s culinary history return to the hotel for one-off appearances.
The weekend will kick off at The Vault, Bellagio’s all-new cocktail lounge, where Preston Van Winkle, a fourth-generation member of the Van Winkle family, will host an exclusive tasting of some of the world’s most sought-after bourbon – Pappy Van Winkle.
Making the most of the intimate setting, Van Winkle will serve guests a selection of the brand’s rarest whiskeys alongside a range of specialty canapes.

The following evening, chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina and Julian Serrano, who all formed part of the Bellagio’s opening team, will return to the hotel for a takeover of the Picasso restaurant.
Together, the trio will prepare a one-of-a-kind four-course menu to be served alongside high-end wine pairings. Highlights are set to include a king crab and caviar appetizer by Serrano and a Japanese A5 Kobe beef tenderloin by Vongerichten.
The weekend-long festivities will round off on Sunday at the iconic Spago, with an extravagant brunch hosted by Mr Wolfgang Puck himself. The menu will be full of Spago classics and accompanied by live music and specialty cocktails.
