Significant Wx Advisory For Parts Of Fayette, Marion, Walker, Winston Counties Until 1:45 PM

At 1251 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking heavy rains with strong winds along a line extending from near Belgreen to near Brinn to near Fayette. Movement was north at 65 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this activity.

Winfield, Fayette, Haleyville, Carbon Hill, Lynn, Arley, Hackleburg, Double Springs, Brilliant, Addison, Glen Allen, Kansas, Nauvoo, Gu-Win, Eldridge, Houston Recreational Area, Camp McDowell, Nesmith, Ashbank and Brushy Lake.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
